CRYSTALS WERE OBTAINED OF THE INHIBITOR COMPLEX BY INCUBATING THE PROTEIN AS ABOVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 5 MIN WITH A 20-FOLD MOLAR EXCESS OF THE INHIBITOR DISSOLVED IN DMSO.
